You will need to have experience working in medium - large law firms in:

- Banking and finance - loan documentation, refinancing, debt recovery, mortgage documentation, security registration

- Property - residential/commercial conveyancing, sale &amp; purchase agreements, certificates of title, land transfers, letters of authority, encumberance instruments

- Private clients - conveyancing, Powers of Attorney, deeds, caveats, releases of security

- Use of LandOnline and experience with e-dealing


You will also be required to provide some secretarial duties to 1 senior partner, such as:
- Copy and dicta-typing,
- Managing calls and enquiries as required
