Going from success to success, this team is expanding their litigation practice.

Led by two partners, the team covers a wide range of litigation work, including insurance, insolvency, debt collection, professional indemnity, and general commercial litigation.

They are looking for a solicitor with between two and four years PAE to join their team. You will be responsible for handling your own files (including liaising directly with clients) and will also be mentoring and coaching more junior staff.

You will have a strong background in litigation generally, either coming from a litigation team or a specialist litigation firm. You will either be looking to broaden your litigation diet or keep that breadth in your new role.

You will be able to bring commercial savvy and business sense to your dealings and give clients advice that is both technically sound and practical. You will thrive in situations where you deal with clients directly.
