Consultancy Project Manager/Senior Project Manager

Their current need is for a key project in the healthcare sector requiring a highly skilled and technically adept Project Manager or Senior Project Manager with a mechanical or process engineering background

Your role will be to manage contractors under NZS Construction contracts whilst possessing a strong focus on contract administration and commercial management

Key attributes about you include:

•    Mechanical / Process Engineering background with experience in air handling systems and boilers highly desirable.
•    Proven experience managing contractors under NZS Construction contracts; experience on the contractor side is particularly valuable.
•    At least 8 years of relevant industry experience with a focus on delivering complex infrastructure projects, ideally within a healthcare setting.
•    Strong technical understanding to effectively manage risks during the delivery phase of projects.
•    Excellent contract administration and commercial management skills to ensure the smooth execution of contracts and financial performance.
•    Experience managing high-risk and critical infrastructure projects with a focus on collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
•    Client-side experience is a plus, with a preference for those who can balance technical project management with complex contract requirements.
•    Exceptional communication skills, with a strong emphasis on teamwork and collaboration. You are a team player who can influence and work effectively with diverse stakeholders, ensuring that project goals are met collectively.

This role is for an immediate start, whilst this role is permanent, they would consider a fixed term contract up to 9 months. 

Salary $140K and $170K + Benefits + Outstanding career promotional opportunities.
