Generally speaking, a “Temp” is someone who works for an organisation on a non-fixed-term basis. The Temp’s performance is managed by Beyond Recruitment and the employee's salary is calculated on an hourly rate and paid through Beyond Recruitment Temporary payroll. Beyond Recruitment's Temps are entitled to holiday pay, sick leave pay and statutory holidays (conditions apply).
