Beyond Recruitment is a proudly Aotearoa, New Zealand-owned multi-specialist recruitment business founded in 2003. We started our business with one value in mind, “Working to benefit Aotearoa, New Zealand and the communities that we serve”.

We work in partnership with our candidates and clients to help them achieve their objectives. Our founding members still serve on the Board, and we have two Directors who actively work in the business:​
