Great opportunity for an experienced senior level People Partner to join a dynamic HR team providing strategic and operational focused people initiatives across the business.  The People Partner role is a permanent opportunity located in the CBD and provides two days WFH.

Day to day you could expect to work on:

• Strategic HR partnering with senior/executive level leaders
• Mentoring and coaching People Leaders
• ER
• Performance management
• Talent management 
• Change management
• HR projects
• Stakeholder management
• HR analytics and reporting

About you:

• Previous experience as a senior level HR Business Partner
• Strong ER experience 
• Union experience ideal
• Systems savvy
• Strong influencing skills
• Comfort working in a fast paced, complex environment
