We are looking for Data Engineers to join a trusted NZ brand in Auckland.  As an experienced Data Specialist, you will be able to use your data skills to provide insights and products for the business.   You will be working in a fast-paced team, maintaining and developing data products, providing analysis and producing report for stakeholders.  Your experience in a similar role where you have used machine learning techniques, statistical and analytical processes to solve business problems will ensure you can hit the ground running.

Duties may involve:

• Analysing large data sets
• Extracting insights
• Developing reporting
• Develop and maintain machine learning techniques
• Ensuring data integrity throughout your work
• Identifying best data sources to best fulfil the data request
• Working with cross-functional teams, including testers and BA’s

To be considered you must have:

• Experience in a similar Data Engineer role,
• Python and SQL, PostGreSQL knowledge,
• PowerShell automation experience,
• Data Warehouse/ Big Data Technology experience,
• Cloud Data services exposure,
• Some experience with Marketing Automation is a plus,
• Excellent stakeholder engagement,
• A positive and proactive attitude.
