- $100,000 - $115,000 per annum.
About the Role:
Your role will involve collaborating with your team to build, maintain, and support the deployment of the product, while applying engineering best practices. You'll actively participate in product design and architecture discussions, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable software.
Additionally, you'll troubleshoot production issues, mentor team members, and contribute to fostering a thriving engineering culture. You'll also play a role in hiring new engineers and supporting a seamless software delivery process.
Skills Required:
To be successful, you must be a team player, a listener first, collaborative, carry yourself with maturity, have excellent communication skills and have the 'spark' to succeed.
An ideal applicant will have the following skills:
- At least 4 years of experience working as a software engineer or in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of C#, .NET framework, TypeScript/JavaScript, NodeJS, or comparable languages.
- Experience with both relational and non-relational database systems.
- Familiarity with software testing methodologies (e.g., TDD).
- A passion for building and shipping high-quality software.
- Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
- A commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
