Last month we launched our Win-Win referral competition, which offered the chance to win one of six fantastic prize packages for simply referring a friend for a job through Beyond Recruitment. We are delighted to announce our first winner, Carlos Ramirez.
The Referral
Carlos is an Architect from Venezuela who immigrated to NZ late in 2014. He referred Alison Tsoi to us, a New Zealand colleague whose draughting contract had also just come to an end. Alison came in to meet us the following Monday, and we secured her three job interviews resulting in a job offer as a Graduate Architect by Friday of the same week. Alison is delighted now be working in a large architectural practice that is so close to home that she can walk to work!
The Prize
Carlos came into our office yesterday to receive his prize from his consultant, Brenda James.
Our CEO Liza Viz was also on-hand to formalise the prize giving and wish Carlos and his wife a fantastic trip.
Carlos’ wife has always wanted to take a cruise so he selected the cruise from our prize packages and is planning to visit the Pacific Islands. Watch the video below to find out more about Carlos:
