Where I’m from: Born & bred in Christchurch, but I have lived for 9 years in Auckland before dropping down to Wellington. My professional background: I’ve held lots of varied, interesting positions, with the most recent being the Business Manager at a local Secondary School, the Finance Manager at a local Real Estate & Property Management company & prior to that several years in a Chartered Accountancy Practice. Why I’m passionate about my role at Beyond Recruitment: The nature of the role is diverse, which is great as I like variety. It’s an environment where you learn at least one new thing every day. What not many people know about me: I love to travel and met my English husband overseas. We foster a police dog called Vee who is part of the police dog breeding programme, she’s due to have puppies later this year. I have a 6 month old grandson who lives with his parents in Thailand. What I love about Aotearoa, New Zealand: Living by the sea and being able to hop in the car and touch snow within the hour in winter… What I love about Beyond Recruitment: The people! They’re great to work with & we have a laugh each day when testing ourselves on the daily stuff quiz! |
