We have a temporary Accounts Receivable position starting on July 29th and running through March 2025. We seek an individual with proven experience in Accounts Receivable, who thrives in a casual and relaxed work environment. The role includes debt collection responsibilities, so comfort and proficiency in this area are essential.

Responsibilities will include:
Accounts receivable, invoicing and reconciling payments
Debt collection
Covering the phoneline if Office Manager is away
Skills and Attributes required:
Minimum 2-3 years Accounts Receivable experience. Ideally have experience with debt collection.
Knowledge of office procedures and technology including the MS Suite
Xero experience would be beneficial but not necessary
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people
Excellent attention to detail
Proactive person who uses their initiative
Willingness to learn and work in a flexible environment
