Our client is on the look-out for an experienced Administration Team Leader with previous experience working in the legal sector to join their friendly, positive and professional team based in Auckland's CBD.      

If you have experience working in a fast paced legal Team Leadership role we might just have the perfect role for you. 

If you are friendly, organised, with a good sense of humour and a "can do" attitude this opportunity is not to be missed!

Hours for our role are between 8.30am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday (40 hour week).  You will need to be work in the CBD office 5 days per week. 

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Leading and managing an administration team  
  • Managing requests and organising workflows
  • Working with internal and external stakeholders
  • Working and delivering to deadlines
  • Organising training  
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Previous experience managing a team in a legal organisation 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Top notch MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Experience using Practice Management Software 
  • Be approachable with a sound work ethic and core values
  • Have a strong understanding of AML practices and procedures 
  • Be passionate, presentable, professional with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills 
  • Be proactive and enjoy satisfying others
If you are a super experienced Team Leader with a strong background in juggling tasks and enjoy delivering results we need to talk!

We are also open to an experienced Legal Secretary who has managed staff in the past.
