Key Responsibilities include:

Bank Account Reviews: Dive into bank account reviews, identifying miscellaneous postings, and diligently tracking them down with assistance from branch teams. Ensure the financial health of the organization.
Timely Task Completion: Be the driving force behind completing daily, weekly, and monthly tasks on time. Collaborate with Branch Accountants to prepare budgets
Versatile Financial Support: From daily bank reconciliations to assist in maintaining the fixed asset register and contribute to the preparation of daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Accounts Payable Expertise: Showcase your skills in two-way matching for Accounts Payable
Balance Sheet Reconciliation: Complete Balance Sheet reconciliations
Deadline Management: Ensure that procedures are followed diligently
Collaborative Team Player: Work closely with senior accounting staff members
What you bring:
- Minimum 2 years’ nz experience obtaining knowledge of accounting processes
- Proficiency dealing with high volume of data
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Previous Accounting software experience
