Key responsibilities:
- Provide prompt and effective solutions to AV requests, ensuring seamless operation of equipment.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in real-time during live events.
- Work in high-pressure environments, often in front of large audiences, with professionalism and confidence.
- Set up, operate, and maintain a variety of audio-visual equipment, including projectors, microphones, sound systems, and video conferencing tools.
- Proven experience in AV technology and troubleshooting.
- Excellent people skills—confident, communicative, and calm under pressure.
- Ability to work efficiently and deliver solutions in a timely manner.
- Experience working in live event environments is a plus.
