Our role will see you working from home and attending a Board meeting at Auckland airport once a month.
If you have a friendly, professional, positive nature, a good sense of humour and a "can do" attitude we might just have the perfect role for you.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Supporting high level Board members
- Diary and email management
- Agenda, minute taking, following up on action points
- Arranging travel and accommodation
- Board meeting and board pack coordination
- 4+ years experience in an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Top notch MS Office skills including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Professional, presentable, personable with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
