This is a newly created role suited to someone who is well networked and is excited about raising the profile of an organisation.
You won't be starting from scratch or a blank canvas - work has been and is happening in the garden city but the time has now come for someone to drive revenue growth. In time, the reach of the role will cover the entire South Island as you shape the organisation's presence.
No two days are likely to be the same - you might be meeting with a CEO, at a school working alongside a principal or educator, speaking with media, or making a presentation to potential business partners.

- Be fortunate to have both a strategic lens and operational wizardry i.e. a big picture thinker when needed but can roll up your sleeves and get results
- The skills of collaborating, influencing and closing
