Our client is a large complex organisation based in the CBD who are undergoing significant business process change.
Key Responsibilities:
- Key point of contact for change advice, change impact, business engagement and embedding change
- Support the delivery of change initiatives through provision of advice, assessing resource requirements and change delivery
- Work with programme Leads, teams and sponsors to plan and deliver effective change
- Reduce risks and business impact
- Maximise engagement
- Ensure that change is integrated across the stakeholder groups
- Provide change reporting, pipeline updates and heat map data
- Build change capability
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Change/ Communications, Programme/Project delivery, Organisational Psychology or a mix of these preferred
- Experience in change management and communications, HR
- People centric approach
- Solid knowledge of business transformation, organisational change preferably in large, complex organisations
- Experience managing change at Program level
