- Full time hours, Monday – Friday
- Location: Wellington, CBD
- $40.00 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound calls, handling difficult conversations, and vulnerable or sensitive situations
- Manage highly confidential and sensitive information
- Build strong relationships while demonstrating empathy
- Maintain and update databases
- 2-3 years of contact centre experience, dealing with difficult conversations with sensitive information. Experience answering an 0800 number would be preferred but not required
- Proficiency in MS Suite and technically savvy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, capable of engaging with a diverse audience
- Exceptional attention to detail
- A proactive individual who takes initiative
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with a "can do" attitude
