- Assisting customers with new policies, claims, and updating their details
- Acting as a liaison for any issues
- Maintaining files and assisting with credit control
- Occasional outbound service calls
- Minimum 2-3 years call centre or customer service experience. Ideally would be in a processing-based role with claim, or application processes.
- Knowledge of office procedures and technology including the MS Suite.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive person who uses their initiative
- Willingness to learn and work in a flexible environment
