- 2 x Customer Service temporary positions commencing ASAP until end of December
- 1 x Front Counter position and 1 x Contact Centre position
- Large organisation, based in Wellington Region
- $30.00 per hour
- Fully office-based role, standard Monday – Friday office hours
- Competitive hourly rates
- Accrue holiday pay from the start and receive compensation for public holidays
- Exposure to working in a large, fast-paced environmen
- The Front Counter position will involve supporting customer inquiries, face to face
- The Contact Centre position will involve inbound calls, with the occasional outbound calls
- Resolving queries from both clients and customers
- Updating information in internal database
- Working in a small close-knit team
- Proven customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Must be resilient, and able to handle difficult queries
- Good understanding of IT/systems, and ability to pick up new systems easily
- Local knowledge would be a bonus due to customer queries
- Eligibility to work in New Zealand is a must.
- Available ASAP or within 5 days’ notice
- Clear Ministry of Justice record
