  • 2 x Customer Service temporary positions commencing ASAP until end of December
  • 1 x Front Counter position and 1 x Contact Centre position   
  • Large organisation, based in Wellington Region  
  • $30.00 per hour
  • Fully office-based role, standard Monday – Friday office hours

About the role:
  • The Front Counter position will involve supporting customer inquiries, face to face
  • The Contact Centre position will involve inbound calls, with the occasional outbound calls
  • Resolving queries from both clients and customers
  • Updating information in internal database
  • Working in a small close-knit team
Qualifications We Seek:
  • Proven customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Must be resilient, and able to handle difficult queries
  • Good understanding of IT/systems, and ability to pick up new systems easily
  • Local knowledge would be a bonus due to customer queries
Essentials for Our Roles:
  • Eligibility to work in New Zealand is a must.
  • Available ASAP or within 5 days’ notice
  • Clear Ministry of Justice record
