Our client is on the look-out for an experienced Customer Service/Administrator with a minimum of 4+ year's experience who has a passion in healthcare to join their friendly and positive organisation based in Albany.     

If you have experience working in a fast paced office based customer services/administration role we might just have the perfect role for you. 

Hours for our role are Monday & Tuesday, 8.30am - 5.00pm and Wednesday 8.30am - 12.30pm, all hours need to be worked at the office based in Albany.

If you are friendly, organised, with a good sense of humour and a "can do" attitude this opportunity is not to be missed!

Key Responsibilities include:
  • Processing orders, answering customers queries via email and telephone calls. 
  • Answering queries
  • Processing returns and credits
  • Reconciliation of online orders
  • Supporting Account Managers 
  • Entering information into a CRM package
  • Assisting with warehouse duties from time to time
Qualifications and Skills:
  • 4+ years customer service experience a NZ office environment 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
  • Top notch MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM packages
  • Passionate, presentable, personable with a positive attitude
  • Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
  • Initiative and problem-solving skills 
  • Be proactive and enjoy satisfying customers 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
