• Senior EUC Engineer 
• Wellington Based 
• Contract till 30/06/2025 with potential to extend
  Must Have Security Clearance (at least confidential level)

We are seeking an experienced EUC Engineer to join the team and support our client in the Wellington area. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation and support of the products currently in use by the client.

Key Responsibilities:

• End User Device Support: Provide day-to-day services for the client
• SCCM/MDT Environments: Assist in delivering and updating SCCM/MDT environments.
• Device Imaging: Help deliver and manage updated images for various devices.
• Intune Managed Devices: Support the delivery and management of Intune Managed devices.
• Level 2 Support: Manage and resolve issues in the Level 2 ticket queue.
• Documentation: Write standard operating procedures and knowledge-based articles for the internal ticketing system.

Specifications:

• Engineering Experience:
  • Proficient in various methods of delivering device images, including MDT, Intune, and ISO builds/creation.
  • Skilled in device configurations delivered via Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MEM) and/or BlackBerry Universal Endpoint Manager (BBUEM).
  • Experience with management of meeting room technologies within Intune.
  • Proficient in device management and user account management on Azure/Intune.

Requirements:

• Security Clearance: Must be a New Zealand Citizen and have a current national security clearance of at least confidential level.
