An exciting opportunity to work in a global contract research, development and manufacturing environment. You will lead a team of two and reports into the Chief People Officer in the UK. Where applicable the role has accountability to lead, manage develop and engage regional HR team(s) to deliver business performance and key people metrics.

- Compensation & Benefits
- Regional & Global HR Projects and Initiatives
- Employee Relations Management
- HR policies and Compliance
- Organisational accountabilities for all employees
- Change and transformation
- Minimum 10 years HR advisory experience in a corporate environment and with senior leaders
- Relevant tertiary qualification
- Experience with HRIS/payroll and time management systems
- Experience managing recruitment platforms
- Outstanding leadership skills
- Proven ability to build a positive culture in line with company values
