This is an outstanding opportunity to be instrumental in advancing the company's growth and success. As a member of the Senior Leadership Team, you will enhance operational efficiency in line with the overall business strategy. The role will ensure the efficient delivery of central support services delivery in line with business strategy.

We are looking for an experienced Head of Operations or General Manager- with some knowledge of construction, engineering or technical operations industry sectors (or similar) blended with highly commercial experience. You will lead a team that supports operations and will have full P&L responsibilities.

Key Areas of Responsibility:

• Management of manufacturing operations 
• Leadership role within the senior leadership team
• Strategy
• Procurement
• Change management
• Performance Management of key engineering projects
• Finance, cost control and productivity management

To be successful in this role you will need to be able to lead with a unified vision, provide leadership and P&L oversight and bring energy and passion for inspiring others. A strong coach with an excellent understanding of business and organisational dynamics, strong commercial acumen and who builds trust and acts with integrity. 

The role has career progression into General Manager level mid term.
