This is a fixed term contract for 9 months for a HR Advisor.  This role will partner with the business to provide HR support and will work with the HR Manager to support end to end recruitment processes and assist with HR Projects.

Day to day you could expect to work on:

• Providing HR advice to the business
• Recruitment and onboarding
• Employment relations
• Ensuring compliance with HR policy and procedures
• HR projects

Proven experience in providing HR advice to business required combined with detailed knowledge of current NZ employment law and HR practices.
