They are now looking to recruit an Intermediate QS that would be working with clients such as developers and funders being involved with estimating, feasibilities, cost planning, procurement, bills of quantities, forecasting, variation analysis and post contract delivery, also the analysis of contractual disputes with respect to estimating building costs and delivery and justifying claims. The role would also lead into softer project management of smaller jobs.

As a professional QS, you have a background worked in a PQS environment ideally (or contractor background looking to move into client side) of at least 4+ years. You have strong communication skills as you’ll be dealing with a range of clients and need to think on your feet and be proactive with providing meaningful cost solutions. You are proficient with IT systems to a competent level and have strong reporting writing skills.

Salary $100K - $130K depending on experience
