What will you be doing?
Marketing
- Preparing and execution of marketing plan that is developed to deliver competitive advantage for organization success. Liaise with retailers
- Ensure communication platforms (e.g. websites, social media and newsletters) are maintained and kept up to date to provide accessibility to events and promotions of centres
- Maintain regular communication, ensuring the Centre Management team are conversant with the Centre’s Marketing activities
- Responsible for the content and maintenance of marketing materials on the website and other digital channels
- Be fully conversant with the demographic and socioeconomics of the Centre’s trade area
- Build and maintain strong Stakeholder relationships across retailers, local authorities and communities
- To organise, conduct and analyse market research to establish the centres’ catchment, customer profile, market trends, consumer needs and attitudes
- To undertake competitor analysis to maintain and provide cutting edge and relevant marketing activities
- This is a role for a marketing professional with strong experience within shopping centre retail (or similar)
- This role is 70% execution and 30% strategy. With this in mind you will bring capability across Martketo, Salesforce or related Marketing platforms.
- You will be someone who can work under pressure and bring strong time management skills.
- You will be self motivation and driven by outcomes.
- Proven record of successful marketing campaigns and have a passion for stakeholder engagement at all levels, including agency relationships.
