We are seeking an experienced Project Coordinator for a part time temporary position, commencing ASAP until 31st October 2024. The hourly rate for this temporary role is $55.00 per hour to the candidate.
As part of a close-knit team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the director and wider team.
  • Temporary assignment commencing ASAP until 31st October
  • Part time, 15 hours across 4 – 5 days a week. Ideal hours would be 9am – midday
  • $55.00 per hour
  • CBD location
Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Managing emails and providing general administrative support to the team as needed
  • Organising meetings, travel and other logistical requirements
  • Tracking budgets and updating project spreadsheets
Skills and Attributes required:
  • Minimum 2-3 years Project Coordination experience
  • Knowledge of office procedures and technology including the MS Suite
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive person who uses their initiative
  • Willingness to learn and work in a flexible environment
  • Must have eligibility to work in New Zealand, and be available immediately, or within a 5 days’ notice period
