As part of a close-knit team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the director and wider team.
- Temporary assignment commencing ASAP until 31st October
- Part time, 15 hours across 4 – 5 days a week. Ideal hours would be 9am – midday
- $55.00 per hour
- CBD location
- Managing emails and providing general administrative support to the team as needed
- Organising meetings, travel and other logistical requirements
- Tracking budgets and updating project spreadsheets
- Minimum 2-3 years Project Coordination experience
- Knowledge of office procedures and technology including the MS Suite
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proactive person who uses their initiative
- Willingness to learn and work in a flexible environment
- Must have eligibility to work in New Zealand, and be available immediately, or within a 5 days’ notice period
