They now have a need for a Project Manager with specific experience gained within the maintenance build/small works space. The key aspects are a strong carpentry skillset, understanding of programming, and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

As an applicant:

• You have a strong record of working on a range of commercial build maintenance projects, $5K - $3M and are carpentry trade qualified
• You are well organised, a task master with a strong delivery focus, and have a good H&S record
• You can identify issues swiftly and possess sound communication across the board
• You can confidently manage up to 6-8 projects at any point in time, organise and subs and reports back to clients and internally
