- Location: Auckland CBD (Hybrid – 3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
We're looking for a Quality Assurance Manager to lead our QA and Automation team in delivering secure, high-quality software solutions that serve communities across Aotearoa. You'll ensure systems meet performance, security, and integrity standards, while collaborating closely with internal teams and external partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead QA and Automation teams to deliver robust, secure systems.
- Manage test environments and ensure smooth releases.
- Develop and implement test strategies and QA best practices.
- Coach and grow a high performing, engaged team.
- Support quality delivery across mobile, web, and service integrations
To be successful, you'll need:
- 5+ years’ experience managing QA teams in complex tech environments.
- Strong grasp of Agile, Waterfall, V-Model, and DevOps methodologies.
- Experience across mobile, web, and integration testing.
- ISTQB Foundation certification (Advanced Test Manager preferred).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
