Immediate start mid November
We will be looking for:
- True specialist experience in remuneration management, workforce planning and HR analysis and reporting
- A strong understanding of remuneration practices, job evaluation and salary structures
- A strong understanding of workforce planning methodologies, tools and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills – proven ability to analyse complex data and provide insights for decision making.
- Proficiency in HRIS and payroll software, as well as advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- An understanding of employment legislation and how this relates to payroll HR practices.
- Understanding of core human resource processes.
- Experience working in large diverse organisations.
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence at all levels.
- Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in all aspects of remuneration and reporting.
- Compliance Orientation: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
