- Seeking an Assistant Accountant

Key Requirements & Experience required for our role are listed below:
- Strong New Zealand experience in Accounting Support
- Previous experience in End to End Accounts Payable, Balance Sheet reconciliations, branch supplier invoices, assistance in preparation of branch month end, assisting with budgets and helping with the Fixed Asset Register
- High Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, & Outlook)
- Must be able to use Pivot tables, V-Looks in Excel
- Previous use of ERP accounting software
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Flexible, positive, and can-do attitude
- Ability to fit into a team and work collaboratively.
Hours are Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.00pm and all days must be worked at the office.
