Hours for our role are between 8.30am - 5pm, Monday to Friday, and you will need to be available for the occasional Saturday if your team are not able to work.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Selling product ranges, processing orders, answering customers queries face to face, via telephone calls and emails
- Organising quotes
- Pricing and promotions
- Coaching and motivating your team
- Computer work
- Organising rosters
- Trouble shooting technical problems
- Reaching and exceeding targets
- 3+ years experience in a retail store manager role working with technical products
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Top notch computer skills including Eftpos and inhouse systems
- Professional, presentable, personable with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- Be proactive and enjoy satisfying customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
