Secretariat Support/Advisor – Part time

  • Immediate start until 20th December

  • Supporting the Regulatory and Authority team

  • Part time, 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling

  • Hourly rate, $60.00 per hour

  • Wellington CBD location

We are seeking a Secretariat Support/Advisor to assist our client on a temporary basis. This role involves providing board and secretariat

Responsibilities will include:

  • Meeting organisation and logistics for Board Meetings

  • Attend board meetings and take meetings minutes – action points

  • Support with general administration as required

  • Support with web editing as the team manages/updates the organisations website

Skills and Attributes required:

  • Previous secretariat/governance experience

  • Knowledge of office procedures and technology including the MS Suite

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people.

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Proactive person who uses their initiative

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a “can do” attitude

  • Willingness to learn and work in a flexible environment
