Secretariat Support/Advisor – Part time
Immediate start until 20th December
Supporting the Regulatory and Authority team
Part time, 20 hours per week with flexible scheduling
Hourly rate, $60.00 per hour

We are seeking a Secretariat Support/Advisor to assist our client on a temporary basis. This role involves providing board and secretariat
Responsibilities will include:
Meeting organisation and logistics for Board Meetings
Attend board meetings and take meetings minutes – action points
Support with general administration as required
Support with web editing as the team manages/updates the organisations website
Skills and Attributes required:
Previous secretariat/governance experience
Knowledge of office procedures and technology including the MS Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to deal with a wide range of people.
Excellent attention to detail
Proactive person who uses their initiative
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a “can do” attitude
Willingness to learn and work in a flexible environment
