I am looking for a Senior Java Backend/Integration Developer to join one of our blue-chip clients. This involves creating a custom in-house product to replace the existing IONS application. The project is already underway, and the successful contractor has a well-established team.
 
Key areas of responsibility:

• Ideally you will have over 5 years’ experience in design and build of software and have worked closely with Architects and Technical Leads on projects.
• Determine the right process for development.
• Ensure key complex quality or non-functional code questions are raised with DevOps Review Board forum where appropriate.

What you will need to succeed:

• Java/SpringBoot.
• Apache Kafka.
• Git.
• Distributed services / REST / micro services architecture.
• Experience with Linux/Docker.
• Apache Camel.
• SQL Server Database.
• Familiarity with Elastic Search, Logstash, Grafana/Kibana.
