They are now looking to identify a PM for a project commencing in the new year. The PM will then build a site team around this person.
The project itself is a $65M build comprising 142 apartments plus retail spaces and a conference room. The project is envisaged to be 22 months.
As a PM, you will take responsibility for the project from start to finish managing a site team
The key background for this role is:
- A trade background ideally, with 10+ year experience operating as a PM including and possessing strong all-round knowledge of Civil /Structure/Apartment fit out/Façade/Passive fire.
- A strong understanding of H&S/QA and managing systems
- Knowledge and understanding of the development process.
- An understanding of the RC / LUC and BC processes
- Strong at programming and sequencing
- Strong with admin sharing documentation, specifications, controlling plan revisions.
- Experienced with managing shop drawings, sign offs and approvals.
- Excellent communicator both written and oral
