Senior Project Manager - Client-Side Services

This project management firm has an outstanding reputation across the construction industry delivering high profile projects to both the public and private sectors. They have built a trusted brand delivering to a range of sectors and clients. Part of their success are their people and systems.  

They have a specific datacentre client which requires the need for a PM to work on site and oversee the build across both preconstruction and construction delivery.

The role would see your overseeing the design team in the preparation of tender documents, developing design, seeking approvals, developing the procurement strategy, selecting contractors, coordinating the tender analysis, coordinating contract documents, setting up all protocols., ensuring of all cost and quality attributes met. The role would then transition into a Construction PM with a services focus working with a range of stakeholders.

As a senior project manager, you will need to come from a project management consultancy or client-side background. You have 8+- years of NZ based experience with involvement on services heavy projects such as datacentres and hospitals.  A tertiary qualification in HVAC or Electrical engineering is desirable. Leadership qualities, a tenacious attitude and passion for what you do will make the cut in this environment. Your ability to articulate issues, harness relationships and drive a projects performance are your strengths.

This is a busy sector, and this role can be a contract rate or a fixed term salary rate

Circa - $180K - $200K+
