Key Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop engineering support, managing hardware and software installations, configurations, and troubleshooting.
- Oversee IT service desk operations, ensuring efficient ticket management and application support.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize operational workflows and enhance IT services.
- Manage and maintain Microsoft environments, including O365 and Azure, ensuring seamless operations.
- Implement scripting and automation to improve processes and efficiency.
- Utilize the ManageEngine suite or similar tools for monitoring and managing IT infrastructure.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers, maintaining a customer-centric approach to service delivery.
- Tertiary qualification in Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in IT service desk operations and application support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Admin tools with hands-on experience in O365 and Azure environments.
- Strong experience in scripting languages and automation tools (e.g., PowerShell, Python).
- Experience with the ManageEngine suite or similar IT management solutions is advantageous.
- Proven communication skills with a focus on delivering excellent customer service.
