About the Role
Your opportunity will be to join a recognized and brand in the commercial cleaning industry with family values and a clear vision.  This role has the purpose of managing and overseeing a key client’s site with regards to overseeing their contract obligations, operational efficiency and adherence to company standards. The Site Manager will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships, while also supporting the growth and development of franchise businesses within the company. This role requires a combination of strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills to effectively manage teams, maintain quality standards, and drive operational excellence.

About You:
To hit the ground running you will need to bring the following
Bring at least 3 - 5 years' experience as site, field or service manager in delivering clients’ expectations and managing operational requirements across multiple sites. You may have come from facilities, commercial cleaning or similar
Ideally you will bring a relevant and solid understanding of commercial cleaning operations, including special works such as carpet cleaning, step & seal, hard floor scrubbing, polishing.

We would like to see relevant service/trade related qualifications ie. NZQA Cleaning Level 2/3, Careerforce Registered Qualified Assessor.

Articulate communication style and being able to build rapport with all types of people. Great ability to establish and maintain effective customer relationships, service level and high-quality outcomes.

Proven experience in ensuring compliance with relevant H&S legislation, maintaining records, conducting site inductions, and delivering site-specific H&S requirements.

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays on occasion. Sometimes you will be required to check in on ‘night shift’ teams.  Flexibility is key.  

Ability to conduct trainings and coach people effectively.

Current and Clean New Zealand Driver’s Licence.
