Required Skills:
- Application/Client Support: 4+ years of experience managing incidents and requests for end users/businesses, routine maintenance, and completing planned tasks (daily/weekly/monthly).
- Windows Server Support: 4+ years of experience with virtualized Windows Server (2008R2-2016), including administration across multiple environments.
- Linux Server/OS: 4+ years of experience with Red Hat Linux 6, including administration, maintenance, and CLI management.
- Hypervisor Experience: 4+ years of experience with VMware, Hyper-V, and CLI management.
- Communication Skills: Ability to communicate technical details to end users in simple language.
- Classification & Protective Security Knowledge: Experience with Government agency information control and protection policies (e.g., NZISM, PSR).
- Agile Experience: SAFe or similar Agile methodology experience.
- MOTS Product Familiarity: Experience with military applications and their controls.
- IT Infrastructure Knowledge: Awareness of data centres, networks, identity management, databases, etc.
- Citrix Experience: Familiarity with Citrix virtualized environments (e.g., XenApp).
- DevSecOps Experience: Knowledge in automating repeatable processes for efficiency.
- ITIL Knowledge: ITIL qualifications or demonstrable skills in ITIL.
