The Role
Reporting to the GM for NZ our client is looking for an experienced Branch Manager to drive the Pukekohe branch.
You will need to have previous experience in hydraulics or a similar sector with technical understanding. The role requires both previous commercial experience, driving sales activity, relationships and leadership of the branch.

Key experience for this role:
  • Manage the day-to-day operation of the branch as directed and supported by the GM
  • Drive branch performance by improving process and practices
  • Monitoring of all branch work orders daily for accuracy and completion
  • Prepare and recommend sales targets and budgets
  • Managing inventory to support customer requirements
  • Keep across debtors, creditors, expenses and facilities
  • Coordinate the sales activities and customer service operations including product delivery, order process and stock movement.
  • Monthly audits
  • Extensive experience in sales, branch operations and leadership
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills
