While 2024 has seen a decline in opportunities within commercial construction, 2025 is more promising with several main contractors having expressed requirements for high profile projects in the planning. These vary from strategic higher-level appointments in project/construction management, commercial management to lower level site managers and QS’s, These vary between Tier 1, Tier 2 contractors and developers. NZ experience is critical as a minimum for consideration.

We are looking for self-motivated operators who take pride in the quality of work, demonstrate initiative and a desire to push your learning and show leadership on interesting commercial construction projects with some well-known clients/developers investing in capital/construction projects. You have worked your way up within the industry with relevant tertiary qualifications and/or trade qualifications and possess a stable record of employment.
