North Shore Location
Circa $50-$55 per hour
My client is a well-known property management company based on the North Shore.
Due to one of the Commercial Property team going on maternity leave there is an opportunity for a short-term contractor to come on board to manage a portfolio of commercial clients across office, warehousing and retail.
This will include a number of activities including:
- Property inspections and arranging maintenance with contractors
- Engaging with clients and managing their lease agreement
- Property management administration
- Ensuring Health and Safety obligations are adhered to
- Managing software system and entering relevant data
To be successful in this role it is essential you have Commercial Property Management experience, ideally have used Re-Leased software (although not essential). You will have experience managing lease agreements and renewals, understand the importance or administration and computer Hygiene.
