They have a $200M project under construction that has a large site team with many moving parts. They now require a Compliance Manager that will be performing the following tasks:
- Reviewing and approving quality control plans and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with all applicable local authority, safety and environmental regulations.
- Ensuring all contract and Local authority compliance documents are received from applicable subcontractors and issued to council and consultants
- Compiling and gathering all Producer Statements from the relevant subcontractors
- Conducting audits and inspections to verify that construction work is being performed
- Conducting material inspections to verify that construction materials meet the required standards and specifications
- Participating in project meetings to provide quality assurance input and support
- Developing and maintaining quality assurance documentation and records
Your background:
- We are looking for 6+ year's experience in quality and compliance management worked ideally in the commercial construction
- A relevant qualification to support experience
- A Strong understanding of relevant legislation and demonstrable experience interacting with Council.
- Attention to detail, accuracy and ability to foresee any risks or gaps in meeting required standards.
- An ability to confidently communicate findings and liaise across all stakeholders.
