The Role
Working within a team and reporting to the Estimating Manager, the role largely involves preparing tenders/full estimate on multi-unit medium-high density developments, including civils & earthworks
Key background below:
- 6 + years of residential estimating experience within density residential, knowledge of walk-ups/apartments in addition to terraced housing preferred.
- Tertiary qualified with a Diploma/Bachelors degree in CM/QSing
- Top communication, negotiation and relationship building skills
- Strong financial nous, excellent pricing systems skills, high attention to detail
- Strong understanding and knowledge of various Building Estimating and Management Software
- Deadline driven
- $110K - $120k+ base salary
- Prof body sub paid (e.g. MNZIQS)
- Flexible hours, providing deadlines are consistently hit.
