- Technical Support EUC Engineer– Level 2

You will work within a customer centric team in delivering exceptional technical resolution services to non-technical end users across the country. You will focus on resolving level 2 requests and addressing common incidents. This role will support end user platforms as well as infrastructure and networks, so no 2 days will be the same! The role is Monday - Friday during business hours.
Skills Required:
- Experience in IT Service and Support (EUC and Modern Workplace),
- Prior technical support within an enterprise organisation,
- Prior experience working with a diverse range of technologies and digital services,
- Excellent communication skills,
- Prioritisation and escalation skills and experience,
- Experience in technologies - Windows 7/10, Office 365, Networking, Citrix, Email Services, VOIP, hardware support, wireless and mobile technologies, etc.
- SCCM and Intune experience,
- Active Directory experience,
- Knowledge of ITIL and Service Management best practices
