Are you a proactive and versatile administrator looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking an experienced Executive and Administrative Secretariat to join a close-knit team, providing essential support to the CEO and National Support Team. This role also involves membership management, website updates, and Mailchimp operations, making it perfect for a well-rounded professional who enjoys variety in their work.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administrative support to the National Support Team, including ordering office supplies
- Expense processing and monthly reconciliation
- Assisting the Marketing Manager with social media promotions
- First point of contact for incoming queries
- Booking travel, rental cars, and accommodation for the team
- Managing the Mailchimp platform and sending newsletters
- Updating and maintaining the website
- Ensuring the membership database is up to date
- Coordinating events, meetings, and diary management for the CEO
- At least 3 years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Sharp attention to detail and high-level organisational abilities
- A proactive and adaptable attitude
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
