Key Responsibilities include:
- Ensuring health & safety records are kept up to date
- Updating training records
- Monitoring health & safety procedures
- Administering timesheets
- Keeping employee records and hazard registers up to date
- Liaising directly with Franchise holders
- Ability to communicate effectively with individuals from a different backgrounds and cultures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Top notch MS Office skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and CRM packages
- Passionate, presentable, personable with a positive attitude
- Strong attention to detail with a top work ethic
- Initiative and problem-solving skills
- Be proactive and enjoy satisfying customers
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
