- Mix of EA, event coordination and administration support.
- Private New Zealand owned company with a global presence.
- Fixed Term Contract covering maternity leave commencing 14 April 2025 for 13 months.
- Salary $75K to $80K depending on experience
- Wellington CDB location with great harbour views.
Key responsibilities include:
- Calendar and diary management supporting executive team.
- Travel management booking domestic and international travel.
- Event coordination, planning and organising events, catering and venue booking.
- Building/facilities management.
- Office support and reception (shared amongst the team) which includes meeting room set up, onboarding new staff and greeting visitors.
- Proven experience in team coordination, EA and events coordination.
- Experience supporting multiple managers and teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident in dealing with people across the organisation.
- Effective planning, prioritising and time management skills.
- A proactive approach, ability to use initiative and a positive “can do” attitude.
- Strong knowledge of MS Suite including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
