This progressive commercial developer/construction company have completed a wide range of commercial projects over their 20+ years duration. They are now currently in need of a driven intermediate quantity surveyor to join their team with the support of a Senior QS. They are a collaborative, flatter structured employer with an enjoyable working environment. Directors are easy going, reasonable and value building a positive team culture. They have a raft of new projects in the $10M - $25M space coming online and you will be working across one or two projects, size dependant.
Working in this smaller friendly team and reporting to a Director you will demonstrate a high level of integrity, excellent communication skills and the ability to converse at all levels. We are seeking a strong team player who is able to manage cost control and that has outstanding contract administration skills as well as team management ability. You will have at least 6 years NZ QS experience in the commercial construction industry and have a mixture of project exposure and with relevant tertiary qualifications.
